Each year parent volunteers get a group of students together for the downtown Chinese New Year Parade.

The parents create beautiful costumes, and the students work hard on their routine. After much rehearsal, Sloat makes an appearance in the parade, and it's really exciting. Last year, the Sloat group ended up on the news!
