Each fall, as at most schools, the Parents' Club launches a cash appeal campaign. We set ourselves an agressive goal because we believe that, of all the fun community events we have during the year, some should be focused solely on FUN and not fundraising. A successful cash appeal campaign covers over a third of our operating budget, which means wonderful programs like the learning garden, poetry, music, PE,
Oceans Week, and others can continue uninterrupted—and it means we can keep the focus on fun.
You can donate by check, cash, or via PayPal. Don't forget to ask your company if they have a match program for charitable giving.
1. Donate by check or cash. Download and print the donation form here, fill it out completely and attach your payment (checks payable to "CSS PCO - Cash Appeal"). You can give it to your child's teacher, put it in the locked PCO mailbox in the office, or mail it to: Commodore Sloat School, Attn: Cash Appeal, 50 Darien Way, San Francisco, CA 94127.
If you give us your e-mail address, you'll receive your receipt by e-mail. Otherwise, it will come in the mail. |
